Terra, an award-winning South Florida-based real estate developer is seeking Associate to join their Finance & Acquisitions Department. The Associate will work on projects in all asset classes (condominiums, retail, industrial, office and hotels) and in all stage of the investment process: Acquisition, Development and Asset Management. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate well, handle/prioritize multiple tasks and have advanced financial modeling experience.

REPSONSIBILITIES:

• Perform detailed financial analysis of existing investments and new acquisitions
• Prepare investment summaries and reports for internal executives and financial partners
• Monitor and track adherence to project budget during the development process
• Create and modify existing financial models (Coordinating with other departments: Accounting, Development, Sales & leasing)
• Manage due diligence process to efficiently and timely close on acquisitions and financing

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Real Estate, Preferred master’s degree
• 3- 5 years’ financial analysis and modeling experience
• Development or real estate private equity experience
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
