The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with multiple different business units in order to align the goals of different groups and generate new avenues for income. Once development goals have been established, this candidate will be responsible for conducting due diligence, budgeting and creating timelines for necessary projects or events. Alongside this, the candidate will also be responsible for cross checking legal responsibilities and contracts related to the organization and ensuring these regulations are followed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with senior management, employees, contractors and local teams to ensure goals align
- Assist in a variety of areas such as conducting due diligence, budgeting and creating timelines
- Build relationships to generate new avenues for income
- Review contracts and legal
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or relevant field
- 3 years of management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Yardi experience
- Real Estate experience
