Architectural homes inspired by the South Florida landscape start at $1.5 million.
Pre-sales have exceeded $100 million at Botaniko Weston, a master-planned community by South Florida-based real estate development and investment firm Terra.
The luxury Weston, Fla. community sits on 121 acres adjacent to the Everglades, and will offer 125 single-family homes by architects Chad Oppenheim and Roney J. Mateu. According to Terra, approximately 85 percent of the development’s first phase has been pre-sold. About 40 homes are currently under construction, set for completion early this year.
Botaniko homes range from four to seven bedrooms and 3,500 to 9,700 square feet. According to Terra, roughly 80 percent of the development’s properties boast lakefront views. Inspired by the South Florida landscape and outdoor lifestyle, the homes feature private pools, covered patios, and outdoor kitchens outfitted with grills, ice makers, sinks, and refrigerators. Both one- and two-story models are available, with interiors by Venus Williams’ design firm V Starr.
Botaniko includes a full-time concierge service and 24-hour security at a gate house equipped with state-of-the-art cameras and video surveillance. Community residents have access to over 100 acres of public parks and recreational facilities throughout Weston, Fla., as well as top-rated schools and a walkable town center with high-end retail.

Homes at Botaniko Weston range from $1.5 million to $3 million. Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fla. is less than 20 minutes away from the community while Miami, Fla. is about a 30-minute drive.
