In bringing these new rental residences to market, Terra researched the current inventory in the area as well as the average income, expectations, and lifestyle profiles of the typical area resident. These insights revealed that a luxury positioning was not only needed in the market but would also see high occupancy rates for well-appointed homes. As such, each residence at Pines Garden echoes the design and finishing commonly found in luxury resorts and custom-built homes. Tall ceilings, baseboards, custom white Italkraft cabinetry, designer faucets and fixtures, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and wall-to-wall luxury tile flooring all reflect an aesthetic that’s aligned with a luxury price point.

Due to the property’s central location within the Pembroke Pines city limits, careful considerations were made to maximize value for the entire surrounding neighborhood. This was achieved through a master-plan approach which included Pines Garden as a component of a fully activated destination that would function self-sufficiently.
