Prolific illustrator Ruben Toledo and his late wife, fashion designer Isabel Toledo, developed the graphic personality and aesthetics of Park Grove, a residential complex set on five tropical acres overlooking Coconut Grove’s gorgeous bayfront. The lifestyle complex includes three residential towers by OMA/Rem Koolhaas, a state-of-the-art amenity center, and new offices for Grove Bank and Trust. Beloved as style-setters in Manhattan, the Cuban-born couple created sparkling graphics that perfectly capture the sophisticated, yet comfortably lighthearted, lifestyle of Park Grove.
